When shifting subsurface conditions become destabilized, we drill to the affected area with minimal surface disruption and fill the void with pressurized grout selected to address the situation at hand.
The grout can fill large voids to stop further settlement or prevent new settlement.
This is often used in sinkhole remediation where large areas have settled, causing a danger to nearby structures. Pressure grouting is also used to stop leaks in dams and help prevent dam failure.
